Asbestos Management
Your Design Bristol Ltd can help you manage the asbestos management around your property. Firstly we agree a survey date and time that suits you, we then ask a simple survey prior to a visit giving us basic information about your property, then our fully qualified surveyor will visit to carry out a full inspection.
The inspection is an in depth survey and usually samples will be taken for analysis and depending on the age and condition will determine the complexity. From the survey we will be able to produce a report and certificates providing you with the relevant information.
Once the survey is complete, depending on the information we can then organise the removal. We use an external company who give preferential rates, keeping control of cost.
Our operations comply with the European Standard ISO 17020:2004 and our asbestos surveyor has BOHS P402 and P405 qualifications. All our work strictly follows the methodology presented in HSG 264.
Our asbestos surveyor, Rick, is qualified to carry out all types of asbestos surveys and has accumulated years of experience in asbestos surveying. He is experienced in many sectors throughout the construction industry and has had many professional posts, gaining vast practical skills and knowledge.
